I am having a problem with Windows Media Player. I have 143 gigabytes of *.jpg files that I have been unsuccessful in removing from my laptop. I would like to disable or remove Windows Media Player, but I don't know how, and I have no idea how to remove these records.

I gave my credit card information to a tech support company called PC Power Speed, who charged me $249.95. My computer had stopped working correctly and wouldn't connect to browsers. I used MalwareBytes to remove PCPSpeed from my computer. What are my chances of getting a refund, and should I report this to the government site?

My Toshiba laptop with Windows 7 keeps timing out on mobile broadband connections. I've had this issue since getting the laptop about 12 months ago. My previous laptop didn't have a built-in SIM, and this is the first time I've had mobile broadband. Could it be something to do with the SIM, or is there a setting on the computer that needs to be adjusted?

I have a Dell Inspiron desktop with Windows 7 that won't shut down properly. It hangs after selecting shutdown from the Start menu. Additionally, I am unable to access recovery options using the F8 key, and my keyboard arrows are unresponsive during boot. What can I do to resolve this issue?
