I am having an internet connection problem on both my Mac and Windows VM. It began when I was unable to connect with Quicken Billpay, which I resolved by changing settings in Windows Internet Options. However, I still cannot open certain websites on either the Mac or Windows, such as Just Answer. I can access Amazon but cannot navigate within the site. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
