Geek Squad recently installed a NetGear Nighthawk AC1900 DST router (Model R73000DST) with a DST Adapter in my house. The DST adapter seems hot to the touch. Is this normal? How hot should it get? Is there a danger of fire?

I have a free MSN email account and I cannot sign in to Outlook or Shared OneDrive. I spoke with MSN and they advised that they cannot help me because this is not a paid account. I thought I had a password, but now I really do not know what the issue is. I am desperate as this is the account that I use for my job. Please help!
