I purchased a Google Play card, but when I scratched off the code, it came off the card as well. I have taken pictures of the card and the receipt but am unable to send them. I am a 77-year-old man and not very computer-savvy. What device or product does this involve? What brand and model of my computer? And the version of Android? How long has this been going on with my computer? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before connecting me?
