I can't access my Facebook account because I no longer have access to the code generator for two-factor authentication. I'm getting the error: 'Choose a way to confirm it's you. Your account has two-factor authentication switched on, which requires this extra login step. Or, enter your login code. Enter the 6-digit code from the authentication app you set up.' I have tried resetting my password and confirming my identity with Facebook, but these methods are not working. How can I resolve this issue?
