I am having trouble accessing my Google Account because it says my password is incorrect, even though I have it written down. I recently connected my laptop and noticed I am logged into someone else's email. I cannot retrieve my messages and am unsure how to switch to my own account. I do not have a mobile phone but have a wall phone. What should I do to recover my account and remove the other person's account from my computer?

Yesterday my computer started loading pages very slowly, worse than dial-up connections. I have rebooted, deleted temp internet files, deleted lots of emails, de-fragged, and nothing has improved. What could be causing this issue and what steps can I take to resolve it?

Unable to log into my last year's account. The alternative is to input my SSN and phone number, but I'm not comfortable with this option as it doesn't show a security lock icon. My phone number and address have changed since last year. Should I enter as a new subscriber?
