I am having trouble accessing my LIFELOCK account after receiving a notice about a court case. I have been a long-time member but am tech-challenged. I requested to speak to a supervisor but was given the runaround. They promised to send a reset code, but it never arrived. I am in a catch-22 situation and need to speak to someone in authority. When was the last time I could open my LifeLock software? It has been a long time, before Norton joined them. I have been paying yearly but don't know about software or OS updates. Is there anything else the Software Expert should know before connecting me? I am trying to think but drawing a blank.
