I am having trouble changing my account information for an HP Instant Ink account. I was unable to receive a 6-digit code after multiple attempts, and I discovered that a letter was missing in my email address. I tried editing the address but it wouldn't save, so I switched to my wife's email address, which was accepted, but I still didn't receive the code. I have been trying to resolve this for about two hours and need help.
