I bought a new Epson WF-3720 printer, hooked it up wirelessly, and printed the 'Check Network Connection' sheet, which showed all items as 'PASS'. However, I cannot print from my HP Pavilion computer running Windows 10. The printer is 3 weeks old, and the issue started immediately after installation. The printer prints from itself but not from the computer, and it is properly connected to Wi-Fi with paper and ink installed correctly. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve it?
