I am having trouble resetting my password. When I enter the 6-digit code sent to my mobile, I get a red triangle alert suggesting I change my browser. I don't understand what this means. I am using an HP computer with Windows, which I bought in March 2018. I have tried multiple times with the most recent code, but I keep getting the alert and a message saying I am trying too often and to try later. What should I do?

I am unable to find my Organize folder for AOL Gold on Windows 10. I can find the AOL folder in Programs, but Organize isn't listed. I have my life saved in this folder. I have read it is hidden in Windows 10. Do you have any clue where to look?

My Windows 7 computer is stuck at the error page with the message 'file: \\windows\\system32\\config\\system status: 0xc000014c info: windows failed to load because the system registry file is missing or corrupt'. The computer does not get past this error page. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I lost access to four Gmail accounts because I kept changing my passwords when I was drinking. I need the old chats and pictures. Are you logged into your Gmail account on any other devices? Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password? I would like to make all my Gmails back into one.
