My Facebook account is disabled, but when I try to submit my picture ID through the help center, it says my account isn't disabled. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I have an HP Pavilion DV6 notebook PC. I got it to the advanced reboot screen but when I put it in safe mode with networking, it doesn’t get past the 'please wait' screen. It was stuck like that for a couple of hours. Please help?

I'm encountering an error 'ShellExecute failed; code 5. Access is denied' when trying to download a program by EaseUs, which is supposed to fix my computer and restore lost files. Additionally, I'm having issues downloading Photoshop, where I get an error 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.' I never had Photoshop before and am downloading it for the first time. I think I updated my Windows a few weeks ago. Is this service free or do I have to pay?

I have an old Galaxy Note GT-N7000B from 2014 that hasn't been used for a while. I'm trying to update it, but it's very slow. I did a factory reboot and tried using Smart Switch recovery, but I don't have the original charger. The phone says it's already updated, but it's still very slow. I have it connected to Wi-Fi, but there's no SIM card. What can I do to improve its performance?
