I am having trouble with Google Earth. It comes online sporadically and when it does, part of the picture is blurry. I am using a desktop computer and have not installed any updates recently. What can be done to resolve this issue?

I lost/misplaced my cell phone over the weekend. When I pull up my Google account and try to use Android Device Manager to locate my phone, the account only lists our two tablets, no phones. My cell number is (###) ###-####. What could be the issue and where else might I look to locate my phone?

I have Office 365 and am being charged $6 per month for OneDrive through iTunes. Should I delete Office 2010, and isn't OneDrive free with Office 365? What should I do about the iTunes charge?
