I am in the process of changing account ownership from my deceased husband's name (Samuel) to my name (Mildred) on a Verizon account. I want to keep two lines on my account and maintain auto-billing through my bank to get a $10.00 discount per line. The two lines should be listed under my name (Mildred) and my daughter's name (Holli). Currently, both lines are listed under Samuel's name. I have spent several hours trying to make this change and hope you can help.
