I am living in a province of Madrid, Spain. I bought a Lenovo laptop on Oct. 16 with an extended guarantee period. Yesterday, all of a sudden I got nothing but a white screen when I lifted the cover to use the laptop again. I had worked on it two hours earlier and it worked fine. I need help. The exact model of my Lenovo is LENOVO 300-151ISK N. Serie/IMI SPF0FP544, and I am running an unknown operating system. I only moved files from my old laptop to the LENOVO and don't remember updates coming from Microsoft on the new laptop.

I just got a new Lenovo Yoga 710 and I'm not sure if I'm charging it correctly. It's been charging for an hour, but I haven't figured out how to turn it on. I'm pretty low tech and don't see any power/light. I also don't have a setup guide and haven't located the on/off button. What should I do?

My print screen button does not work on my Dell all-in-one computer. I have tried using different keyboards and installed a software called Greenshot, but the print screen function still doesn't work. What can I do to resolve this issue?
