I have not used my Firestick in almost a year (in my camper). It is not coming up and I get a message to contact support. The Word Amazon showed up on the screen for a second before the message appeared. I have tried unplugging it but it still won't come on. What should I do?

This is the first time I have used Google Pay, but it is not working. I have tried all of the online fixes. I am trying to buy a small amount of Bitcoin using my exchange Latoken and Google Pay, but it stops at 'Pay with Google Pay'. I have tried all the fixes I have seen online, and I am using an Android laptop with Windows 10 and Chrome browser.

I forgot my Facebook password and tried to reset it, but someone stole my phone and used my phone number to sign up on Facebook. When I try to reset my password using my phone number, it goes to a bogus Facebook page with someone else's name. I need to remove my phone number from my Facebook account or the account set up by the thieves. Can you help me?
