I am new to handling technical issues. I can no longer access my Microsoft email account. When I try to retrieve it, it says it will go to EarthLink, which I haven't used in 2-3 years. It should come to ladyharc#live.com, which is my current email. I lost my smartphone, which might have been logged in, but it's dead. I haven't used a computer in 2 years. Should I check it? Do I have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password? How does this happen?

I cannot connect to my server. I have checked with ATT and my incoming and outgoing connection numbers are correct. What is the problem?

I need to reset my password for ***** email settings, but I haven't received the reset email. I am logged into my email account on other devices and have security questions set up for password recovery. Additionally, I visited the Apple Store yesterday where a technician tried to work on my new iPad but was unsuccessful, and I plan to go back.
