I am not able to access my sbcglobal/yahoo email on my iPhone since getting a new phone. I do not have a username, only a password. Do you have a backup or recovery email address linked to your Yahoo account? Is there a phone number or second email address linked to this Yahoo account? Is there anything else the Email Expert should know before I connect you?

I have an account with Summit, number RES205867, but when I try to log in, my account is not recognized. This account is at Hidden Lake Villas in Naples, FL, but I live in London, UK. Can you reset my account so I can access it? I have a backup email address linked to my account, but I haven't received any password reset emails. I'm trying to log in from my home computer in London, but the Summit website is slow to load and not accepting my information.

My Chromebook keeps shutting down before I can log back in. It's an Acer CB315-3H series. The issue isn't with the password; Chrome shuts down after about 20 seconds no matter what I do. I can't access recovery options before it shuts down. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
