I am not getting a TV signal and my phones won't work either. The TV screen says 'Insignia' and the computer tower does not have a name. The TV only displays 'no signal, please press input and choose the signal, make sure it's plugged in.' All devices like DVD, video are on and the regular modem is blinking, but nothing works after input. Changing channels doesn't work, and the phones also won't receive. This issue started about half an hour ago when one of my cats knocked stuff over, possibly tearing an electric cord loose. Can you help set up an appointment for tomorrow after 10 AM?

My Kindle is asking for my password, but I forgot it. Is there a way to change it directly on the Kindle? I have the regular Kindle, and I last accessed it yesterday. I didn't know about Amazon's online password reset tool.
