My Hotmail account has been closed, and I have been trying to reactivate it for 2 months without success. What steps can I take to recover my account?

For the last 3 days, I am unable to access my 2 Hotmail accounts on both of my home computers linked on a home network. I can put in my login name and password, but then get a blank screen. I have tried several suggestions from articles and have made no difference. I can access my email from an outside computer but not from mine. How do I repair or reset to get my emails to come up?
