I am not subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro Dublin IRL for over two years, but my credit card was charged RM 1,130.43 on 15 Feb 2023. Additionally, I was charged RM 196 today by JustAnswer. Why am I being charged, and how can I resolve these issues?

I am trying to install 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium in Parallels Desktop on my iMac. During the installation, I get an error message stating 'The unattended answer file contains an invalid product key.' I have tried downloading and burning both X17-58996 and X17-58997 ISO files, but both give the same error. I also read that I should remove the reference to the floppy disk drive, but I don't know how to do this. Can you help?

We have a new Canon G3610 Pixma Printer and are having trouble printing email documents. The colors are fine but there is no black and white. The inkjet test pattern showed no black at all. We have tried the self-cleaning cycle and the ink is 7 months old and 3/4 full. What can we do to fix this?
