I am receiving threatening calls about my network. The caller claims to have access to my computer and is demanding payment. I need help to remove this person from my network and secure my computer. What steps should I take?

I have problems with my Facebook page and news feed. It was working fine over the weekend but now I cannot post new topics or photos. I can see my news feed and make comments to posts I have already posted. I also noticed that I just get a spinning wheel when clicking on the messenger icon and bell icon. That has never happened before. What could be causing these issues and how can I resolve them?

I purchased Dashlane premium last night and can't get it to download onto my Windows computer. I already have it on my iPhone as an app and set up a master password in the free version. How can I make it work on both my iPhone and computer in the premium version?

My Microsoft Outlook 2007 is no longer receiving updates and I can't download my emails. I'm unsure of what product to get to replace it. I'm using Windows 8 and I'm not sure when I last updated Outlook. I need to update so that my emails download.

Hello, I have Windows 7 and for the past 2 days it has been malfunctioning. At first, it was shutting down citing a disc error, now I can’t get it to run at all. I only use it to play the game Forge of Empires, which keeps adding more content, could it be running out of memory?
