I am running Windows 7 Premium Home. Why does the window of my NFO Sighting program not fully expand when I try to use it? The lower half of the window and the right-hand side are still not showing, even when I click the full-screen icon.

I run Windows 7 and want to amend the 'hosts' file under C://Windows/system32/drivers/etc. There are 4 files there (lmhosts.sam, networks, protocols, services), but no 'hosts'. I have tried to unhide all hidden files but cannot find it. How can I locate and edit the 'hosts' file?
