I am running Windows Live Mail with Bigpond and Windows 7, and I am having problems with incoming and outgoing mail. Bigpond advised me to reset something, but their instructions were hard to understand. My incoming mail server is POP3 mail.bigpond.com on port 110, and my outgoing SMTP server is mail.bigpond.com on port 25. Additionally, when I open Windows Live Mail, there is no Tools menu visible on my screen. How can I resolve these issues with my email setup?
