When trying to print an article from a Google search, a window opens asking me to save an XPS file and I am never able to print. What should I do?

I cannot read my publisher documents. They are in an unreadable text. It says to select the encoding that makes your document readable. How do I do this? I have Windows XP and Microsoft Office Publisher 2007 installed.

I have made a 9-minute project in Live Movie Maker. It previews fine but will not 'make move'. If I try HD, it says I don't have enough memory, and if I try 'for computer', it saves up to 31% and then hangs up. Additionally, when I add music to a new 10-minute project, it will not save to movie. What could be causing these issues?
