I am the sole user of my computer, but it's telling me I don't have access to a folder with many subfolders. I am blocked completely. I recently replaced my low-quality Acer with an Asus running Windows 10. This issue has been ongoing for about a week, and I've tried various fixes, but nothing has fully resolved the problem. The issue initially affected part of the folder, but it has now grown to affect the entire folder. Additionally, I have an external hard drive with video files that cannot be opened, and I suspect the files might be corrupted. What can be done to resolve these access issues and fix or manage the corrupted files?
