I am traveling from Ireland to New Zealand and am currently in Sydney. Despite the time changes and flights, I have been active. However, on December 1, I was informed that I am out of the Diamond league due to inactivity, even though my screen shows I am 4th with 946 points. How is that considered inactive? Additionally, I am using an iPad and do not have a laptop.

I have been trying to reset my password for two days. I have tried the passwords I thought it might be with no luck. I am not logged into my email account on any other devices. I am trying to receive a link from HelloFresh to reset my password and see if I am registered. Is the link supposed to be sent to my ATT email address, and I also can't sign in to ATT?

I am missing emails in my Gmail inbox, specifically incriminating emails. I have tried accessing my email on both the app and a web browser, and I have searched for a name of a person I received a response from. I am not a technical person. What can I do to find these missing emails?

I don't know my old password for my tablet. What device or product are you trying to access? What's the brand and model of your tablet? And the Operating System (OS)? Is this a new or an ongoing problem? Is there anything else the Computer Expert should know before I connect you?
