I am trying to access files on a memory stick that I protected with a password using Sandisk encryption on my Macbook Air. When I try to open the files, a message appears stating that I do not have permission. How can I access these files using my password?

I had an issue with Groupon's website and I'm concerned about its reliability. I also had a previous issue with Amazon where they stopped providing phone support and I encountered a scam. I've already changed my address on Groupon to the correct one. What else should I know or do regarding these issues?

I can't recover my password and can't connect to my email. I'm not logged into my email account on any other devices, and I can't remember my security questions as I'm elderly. Is there anything else I can do to recover my account?

I have locked myself out of my gateway computer model # sx2120g with Windows 7 or 8 operating system. I tried to sign in with the wrong password and now the system is asking for a flash drive to reset the password, which I don't have. Can you help?
