I have a paper jam on my Canon MD-2500 printer that won't come out. I have tried to clear the jam myself but was unsuccessful. There is no loose paper in the paper tray, and I have never experienced a jam like this before. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I have a Canon 600EX-RT that won't turn on. It had battery corrosion on one terminal, which I cleaned with distilled white vinegar. The flash turned on twice but only for a second. Is there anything else I can do to fix it, or can you replace the bad terminal, and if so, what would that cost?
