I am trying to add contacts to a group contact list or start a new one, but I cannot access my contact groups on my HP 2009M computer running Windows 10. My contacts are still available, but the groups do not appear when I click on the contact icon. I can still email using the group contacts, but I cannot add or subtract individuals from the group. What troubleshooting steps can I take to resolve this issue?
