My Fitbit Versa 2 will not charge. It is dead and has been plugged in for 24 hours with no response. I have had it for not quite a year and have tried charging it, cleaning the charging port with alcohol, and using a different USB charger, but nothing has worked. I also had a Versa 1 last year that did the same thing. What should I do?
