I am trying to contact Blackberry to fix a problem with syncing my Blackberry with my Dell OptiPlex 7010 computer. I was unexpectedly transferred to JustAnswer, where the problem was not resolved, and my computer may now be malfunctioning. What should I do to resolve this issue and ensure no charges are processed?

I have just loaded Pinnacle ver 20 on my Dell All-in-One computer running Windows 10 64-bit and am having problems getting it to work. I would like to get Michael Hannigan who solved the problem before. I have only installed Pinnacle 20 recently. If you can get Hannigan, please tell him it's the same problem as before.

I need help with Outlook 2003 and system restore. My Outlook is used only as a contact database and calendar, and it's not connected to the internet. I cannot access my MS Office products on my new computer. I have not changed any settings or passwords since setting up the account on purchasing the machine. I am unfamiliar with password reset disks or recovery utilities.

I need to amend my 2018 taxes. I have TurboTax 2018 on my computer but it only shows my daughter's return. I think I did mine on a different computer which I don't have access to. How do I amend this return? Do I need to purchase another 2018 TurboTax?
