I am trying to finish setting up my new Dell Inspiron 15 3000 laptop, but I only have a blue screen. The laptop does not make any noise when rebooted and none of the LED lights are on. I am currently using my tablet to communicate. What should I do?

When I try to scan onto my computer, the Epson XP-640 printer displays a 'Computer error. Check if a computer is connected' message, even though everything is connected. There is no error code on the printer, and the printer driver software is new. How can I resolve this issue?

I have an HP Pavilion dv6000 that originally had Vista Home and was recently changed to Windows 7 Home Premium. I set up a Gmail account and it says I have to upgrade to Windows 10. How do I do this? Additionally, I want to install Office Home and Student 2016 with a product key on this computer. I also have HP Pavilion recovery discs. How much will this support cost me?

I have a Stylus Photo R280 printer. When I download and print a form, it prints well, but when I fill out the form, the black text I type is faint and misaligned, while all other colors print fine. I have changed the cartridges and reloaded the printer program, but there is no improvement. What could be wrong with my black text printing?
