I am trying to install Flash Player 11 on my Windows 7 computer but am encountering issues. The download page says it is temporarily unavailable, and during the download process, I am prompted to close Internet Explorer. Additionally, I am unable to click on certain elements on the download page. What could be causing these issues and how can I resolve them?

I have saved Windows 7 installation files to a USB stick using 'ISO to USB' software. Now, I want to burn these files from the USB stick to a DVD-R disc (bootable) using CDBurnXP. Following error message from CD-DVD drive: Windows did not start a related device driver. To learn more, click the Driver tab and then click Driver Details. Additionally, the error 'Media in CD/DVD drive is not readable' is occurring despite the drive previously being able to read the disks. What could be the issue and how can it be resolved?
