How good or bad is the customer support (sales and tech) at ASUS?

Last night at 2 am, I received a call where the person left a message saying 'Your Yahoo account key is 25175' and then yelled 'Yahoo!!'. I didn't know about any issues with my Yahoo account until this call. Have you installed any updates recently? Is there anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
