My daughter was trying to update her Google Pixel 2 phone to Android 10, and it froze. Can't shut it off or do anything. Help?! The phone is currently plugged in and went to a white screen with the Google logo after the battery ran out and was recharged. I have tried a force reboot (pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons), but it still goes to the white screen with the Google logo.
