I am trying to play A Discovery of Witches, but the video won't start and I receive an 'error playing file: unknown playback error' message. My computer is an ASUS model K53E with Windows 7. This issue started today, and I have only tried contacting support so far. What can be done to resolve this?

I lost a WordPerfect document that I have been typing all day on. I pressed a key on my keyboard and my document went off the screen and showed a blank page with one letter on it. I closed the document. Is there a backup file for my document that I lost?

I have a page that is not behaving well on MacOS 10.13.6 (27" late 2012). I first noticed the issue when trying to connect a WP plugin called Auto Poster to my Facebook account and select a page to post to. The plugin was working until Facebook's security changes. I waited and tried again this year, and it worked with another account. Now, I'm setting up an auto-answer bot on my page, but it isn't working, though it works on other pages. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?
