I am trying to remove, clean, and replace the ink absorber pads on my Canon MP480. I successfully removed the pad under the black cartridge, but the pad under the color cartridge dropped and I haven't been able to retrieve it. What can I do to retrieve the dropped pad or fabricate a new one, and is further disassembly necessary?

I've just moved back to the UK from Australia. When I changed the time zone in Windows to the UK, it changed all the dates and times in ACT (both historic and future Activities) so they're now all wrong. How can I get it to change the date/time only of current and future Activities without having all the old ones changed?

I have a MSN account that I use to access my email. I have been blocked because I answered my security question wrong too many times. I was referred to the security department and answered all their questions, but they still are not sure that this is my account. I offered to answer any questions, including the security questions I used in setting up this account. I've had this account over 10 years and have critical information in it. What can I do to regain access to my account?

I've had contacts hacked and swiped on my email account, and I changed the password soon after. I want to know if the contacts/address book can be recovered and if it's necessary/advisable to replace the soaringfool...yahoo.com email address.
