I am trying to reset my password for Amazon Prime Video and the Brown Sugar app. I have a backup email address linked to my Amazon account and am not logged into my account on any other devices. I am unable to access my account after resetting the password and it says it's invalid. Additionally, I noticed a $46 charge on my account that I need to inquire about.

I was in a cancer hospital for several months and did not use Evernote during that time. Since I got back, I have not been able to log into my account or save any notes.
