I am trying to set up a Wi-Fi site for a Kindle book using my AT&T 2Wire modem. I have entered the numbers from the modem, but it still doesn't set up. I was told the modem has a router inside. How can I correctly connect my Kindle to my Wi-Fi network?

I am having a problem with AMCAP on Windows XP, SP3. It is installed but does not function. I purchased a new one, but it won't install. If I purchase Windows 7, will it include AMCAP or a similar program?

I purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2010 yesterday and downloaded the file, but every time I click on the file, an error pops up saying installation of this package failed. I think it has something to do with corrupt files. How can I successfully install this program to my computer?

My phone cannot communicate with the Google servers to set up my Google account. I get the message 'Can't establish a reliable connection to the server. This could be a temporary problem or your phone may not be provisioned for data service.' My phone is provisioned for data services and data services were working fine until a few hours ago. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?

I have an HP M9000t Vista Ultimate x32 system. I lose internet connection when coming back from sleep mode. I then have to troubleshoot/repair the system to get back online. Is there a way to stay online while the system is in sleep mode with Vista?
