I am trying to take an exam on Norwegian Airlines' E-learning site via their Rednose page. The site requires uninstalling an old Adobe Flash drive and installing a new one. I have installed the new Flash, but I haven't uninstalled the old one. I am using a MacBook Pro with Chrome and a MacBook Air with Safari. What should I do to resolve this issue and be able to take the exam?

I want to stop my membership and resolve incorrect billing issues on my Sam's Club statement for the past four months. The last two months were billed for Direct TV, and the two previous months were for 'super test post'. I am confused and can't find out how to get rid of these charges.
