I am trying to take an exam on Norwegian Airlines' E-learning site via their Rednose page. The site requires uninstalling an old Adobe Flash drive and installing a new one. I have installed the new Flash, but I haven't uninstalled the old one. I am using a MacBook Pro with Chrome and a MacBook Air with Safari. What should I do to resolve this issue and be able to take the exam?
