A hacker has taken over my computer, claiming it is Windows Defender Security Center. Access to this PC has been blocked due to security reasons, and it says it is Trojan Spyware. My computer is a Lenovo Ideapad. I called a phone number and someone pretended to be from Microsoft, asking for $399.00 to fix it. I told her to leave my computer, but the screen is still on. Should I turn off the network?

We had our phones unlocked but the voicemail doesn't seem to be working. We tried setting up our voicemail but were told we needed to contact AT&T. We are now with Consumer Cellular, and we had to get AT&T to unlock our phones. What should we do to resolve the voicemail issue?
