I am unable to access google.com on my HP laptop. Additionally, I have issues with saving photos and sharing to my timeline on Facebook. When I try to ask a question on Facebook, I get redirected to Ask.com, which provides strange answers, and a big white box covers everything when I attempt to type in google.com.
