I was hacked in October and took my PC to Best Buy. Geek Squad cleaned it up and had to restore Microsoft Office 2013, but Outlook wasn't restored. They said they couldn't restore it for some reason I didn't understand. Do I have to buy a new Microsoft Office program to get Outlook again? I simply want Outlook again. My computer is an HP Envy desktop with Windows 10, and I had a Java update earlier today.

I keep getting MacHelper and MacCleaner pop-ups on my Mac Pro (Retina 13" 2015) running Sierra OS. I've tried to delete MacKeeper from my downloads and empty it to trash, but it won't delete. What should I do to stop these pop-ups?

I'm locked out of my Gateway ONE ZX6980 running Windows 10. After using CCleaner last night, I tried to log in this morning and it said my Microsoft password was wrong. I changed it on this computer but still got the same response. I've rebooted several times with no change. What should I do next?
