I am unable to access my Gmail account, getting a 'Loading...' message on both Chrome and Internet Explorer. I have tried various troubleshooting steps from the help section, including clearing browsing history and performing disk cleanup, but the issue persists. What else can I do to resolve this?

My scanner keeps popping up Microsoft Office Publisher and doesn't scan. What am I doing wrong? You just helped me and it scanned when you were in the computer, but it won't get past MOP. I know it's the operator and not the computer. How can I resolve this issue so I don't have to go through this process each time I want to scan a picture?
