I am unable to download and install the Neat 5 upgrade on my 64-bit Windows 7 computer. The Quick Scan is still open, and the installation process references a missing item from Neat 3.1, which I never had. Additionally, when I open Neat and check for upgrades, it goes to the upgrade while the program is still open. How can I successfully upgrade to Neat 5 from Neat 4.8?

Can I swap hard drives between two HP Pavilion A000 computers with different hard drives (a Samsung SP1604N and a Western Digital WD800eb) as a temporary solution until the computer can be replaced?

I have two problems with my Acer Aspire 5551-2468 laptop: 1) I accidentally dropped it and broke the hard drive, replaced it with a new 350GB one, but don't know how to format it or set up partitions. 2) I don't have a Windows 7 Home Premium installation disk and need to know if I can download a replacement. Additionally, I need to copy any download to a CD or DVD since my laptop isn't working. How can I resolve these issues?

I have a Samsung SSC-1280 recorder and a color quad SOD14C4LN wired system. Is there a newer system that I can use with my wired cameras to store security video on hard drives and monitor on my laptop or desktop?
