I am unable to print a document on Microsoft Word. When I attempt to print, a message appears stating that Word could not communicate with the printer, suggesting issues with the printer setup, driver, network connection, or printer settings. I have a new HP printer and can print from other sources, so the problem seems to be with Word. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I just re-downloaded Office 365 onto my laptop and now I can't open my files that were previously Excel, Word, etc. The computer advises that I have to set a default program for the files. I do not seem to be able to find a default program that will open my files, that is one that opens Excel, Word, and other MS files without having to set an association for each individual file. Do you have a solution?

I purchased an Epson WF-2630 all-in-one printer from Target, but my Windows 7 PC won't recognize it as a printer, only as a fax. The printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as my PC, and all other functions (printing, copying, scanning) are working fine on the printer.
