I am unable to print a Word Document. I was able to print last week, but now I get an error message: 'TS5000 series unexpected configuration problem 0x80070002'. I have Windows 10 and use a USB cable to connect the printer to the computer. The printer is listed in Devices and Printers, but it shows 'Drivers Unavailable'. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I just bought a new AOC monitor and although it looks like it's connecting with my computer via an HDMI cord, I can't get anything to come up other than the screen saver. I can see the bottom line of programs (I have a MAC IOS) They click and open on my laptop but not on the monitor. What am I doing wrong?

I don't have access to my old Yahoo email account and forgot my password. My ex-wife set it up, so I don't have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset my password. I'm trying to set up another account with another email. How can I regain access or create a new Yahoo account if I don't have access to the device where the old account was set up?
