We are only able to intermittently send emails from our account ***@******.***. Spent hours on the phone with technicians yesterday, without resolution. The issue is intermittent, sometimes emails send but more often they fail with an error message '552 5.5.3 resources restricted...' and remain in the outbox. We use the Outlook app and also experience the issue through webmail. What could be causing this and how can it be resolved?
