I am unable to sync my emails from my other job with my main Yahoo account. I have three different emails, two from Outlook and one from Yahoo. Other employees have it on their phones, but Microsoft won't let me enter my password, keeps saying the account is not found. On my desktop, it works fine, but on my Samsung phone, after downloading the Microsoft app, it still won't let me enter my information, stating the account is not there. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I ordered two gas cards with my points, but they expired according to my transactions, and I never received them in the mail. My Maverick card number is ***** 01517 64672 0. I am checking on the Maverick website, and there are no antivirus or firewall settings blocking my email. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I have a Lenovo computer with Windows 10 OS. I want to unpause my account and continue with my regular billing date of the 9th each month. I paid my normal $50.00 fee on June 9th and believe I should not be penalized by having a short month if I unpause my account at this time. Does that make sense?

My husband has an old flip phone that we used in Kansas. We have moved to Colorado and cannot make any calls or connect to the internet. The phone icon shows a forward slash through it. Other devices in the house are connecting to the router, but his phone is not. What could be the issue?
