I am unable to use any Microsoft product, such as Outlook, because Microsoft has locked me out of my account. Someone added another phone number to my account, which is not mine, and I cannot log in. I have a new computer and have tried to use Outlook, but my account is still blocked. I talked to support last week and paid for assistance, but the issue remains unresolved. Do you have any suggestions on how to regain access to my Microsoft account?

I am unable to call my family in Poland and Canada using Skype on my laptop. When I call, I can hear them, but they cannot hear me. I updated Skype half an hour ago, and I have never had this issue before. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?
